In terminal 1, go to Gate 8, where different bus lines leave to several cities close to Mexico City. Take a bus to Cuernavaca city (they leave approximately every half hour and take approximately two hours to get to Cuernavaca). Once in Cuernavaca bus terminal, take a taxi to Yautepec. Tell the driver to take the road that goes to Cuautla, via CIVAC, which leaves Cuernavaca city, passes through Jiutepec and Cañón de Lobos. You’ll eventually see the junction that takes you to the centre of Yautepec. Don´t take it; keep going until you see the exit to Jojutla (to your right). Make a right there and follow the signs to Jojutla-Las Estacas. Exactly 5 km (3.1 miles) after this right turn, you’ll see the Hotel “Villas el Trebol” on your left, and still further ahead a cattle-guard (parallel steel bands crossing the road). Some 50 m past the cattle-guard turn left on a little street where you’ll see the bus stop ‘Los Nardos’ on the corner. On this street, some 200 m ahead you’ll see on your right the brown gate to Chintamani (marked with the number 16). The ride from from Cuernavaca to Chintamani is about 40 minutes long, and the taxi will charge about $150 pesos.
